There is supposed to be a beautiful instrumental at the half hour point of “The Science Hour” aired recently but how recently I don’t know. The episode included a topic about London, underground tunnels (manmade) they are trying to find out where the least soft spots are, they are etc. Anyway where are the episodes other that the 5 in this webpage?

Hmm. I looked in the iTunes Store, and subscribed to the free podcast.
Sorry to report I only see 5 episodes.
For a test I looked at another podcast, NPR’s StoryCorps, and I see ten episodes.
It may be more than a month old and therefore unavailable. To the right of each of those podcasts on the BBC page it shows how much longer you can get the podcast.
@jaytkay so in even in iTunes there are only 5 épisodes? Some of us just don’t want to go to iTunes.
@zenvelo yes it does show how many days left, thank you.
Isn’t the standard of podcasts a year though?
@flo Yes,. even in iTunes only 5 episodes.
This BBC FAQ doesn’t look encouraging.
“The majority of podcasts are now available for either 30 days or indefinitely…
…The period of availability for a podcast series is determined on a per-series basis and is not retrospective i.e. “old” episodes are not being made available.”
Why do they have the contact us the way it is?
A channeled “contact us” process is designed to get your question to the right person in a big organization.
If they just say “email us!” then somebody must figure out who can best answer your question.
It’s not perfect, maybe it’s wrong. But there is a good intent.
I didn’t doubt the intent so much as how they don’t see people might want to scan the form (if it’s too long, or if there is a question that is “required” that can’t be answered etc.)
As well how do you know if it will give you chance to print (like the one in one page) it before sending?
@flo It’s not meant to be scanned or printed, it is meant for you to send in electronically. It’s not like you are buying something, it’s just a way for you to give them feedback or comment.
@zenvelo so would they mind if it allows you to have a printout/or a screenshot of whatever you’re sending or not?
It’s not so much a matter of them minding as it is it is not a design imperative for them. Why do you want to print it? If it is that important for you to have a record, copy and past into a word document, or send it in by regular mail.
@zenvelo Nobody should have a problem with people keeping a printout record of anything.
I’m sure you’re joking. “you to have a record, copy and past into a word document, or send it in by regular mail.” They are nothing like a prinout.
What is easier for a webdesigner, to have it like that or to have it all in one page?
Nobody said they have a problem with it, it’s more of why do they want to spend time and money and energy designing something so that you (and only you) can print it?
@zenvelo “Nobody said they have a problem with it,...” You have a problem with it.
”...to spend time and money and energy designing something…”
One question per page, wastes time and money and energy for the designer and the users.
I should take advice from someone who suggests regular mail and copy and paste,
and that the only important transaction is purchase related. Sheesh.
