What do you wear when you work out?
Today, I did a cardio kickboxing workout in my sports bra and underwear. Even though I’m alone at home working out, I usually at least wear a shirt, even if I go without pants. It was sort of…liberating. It probably didn’t look all that pretty, though.
At the gym, I usually wear loose workout pants and a t-shirt. Now that I’ve lost a few LBs, I might break out the shorts. To hell with the people that don’t want to see a little jiggle in the thigh as I jog on the treadmill!
What do you wear to work out? And where do you usually work out? Gym? Outside? In your house?

I walk on a trail in a park. I usually wear shorts and a t-shirt.
I usually wear a pair of old shorts and a tank top (with a sports bra underneath).
Side note: I don’t think people really care about what others look like at the gym, so wear your shorts if you feel like it! ;)
Either Bermuda shorts and a muscle tee or the one pair of exercise/running shorts I have.
At home and just an old pair of nylon Adidas soccer shorts that have lost the waistband.
Shorts and tshirt, in my backyard or inside if it’s too hot.
I run on a trail at the reservoir, I wear running shorts and a t-shirt. And an iPod.
At home I wear knickers and sports bra. Outside I wear jogging bottoms, sports bra and sleeveless vest top.
If I’m working out at home alone, then as little as possible. If I’m going for a run outside, then I dress based on the weather.
An old tshirt like old YMCA ones and athletic shorts.
For me I always wear shorts, and tank top or t-shirt. If its ever too hot, then I’ll just go in a sports bra. But I really can’t put it better than @Blondesjon.
I bike ride. I wear anything that isn’t too restricting, that won’t get caught in the chain.
usually jeans or yoga pants and a tank. And trainers or boots.
I usually wear sweatsuits for indoor or outdoor exercises. It is not hot in San Francisco, and there are strong ocean breezes where I live, so shorts and T-shirts are worn only by tourists.
