How many years do we have to wait for an autopilot to be able to land a plane?

I think It would be good in case of emergency. What are the challenges to design an autopilot that can land any type of plane?

@talljasperman It’s the pilot that is there in case of emergency. That’s the problem with Asiana Airlines- none of their pilots know how to manually land a plane.
