[NSFW] Junk science or actual fact? Who is to be believed? Eating chicken wings reduces babies' private parts?

Asked by elbanditoroso (33518points) September 4th, 2013

Sometimes I think I am reading The Onion, and then I look at the masthead and see that it’s a mainstream news source. But this smacks of sensationalism and junk science – after all, PETA isn’t known as the most objective source in the world.

Fortunately, if you read the whole article, the ‘experts’ seem dismiss this chickenshit claim.

Just more PETA bullshit. A couple of Holier-than-thou vegetarians thought they could skew science in their favor, fortunately, they’re wrong.

~If so then that’s not boneless chicken wings your eating.

I love buffalo wings, and I have a son that asks me why his friends’ penises are smaller than his. This includes at least two vegans.

Put that in your pipe, PETA.

I don’t like PETA and I don’t like making genitals the thing that matters, at all, at any time. I can buy some other scientific studies that indicate there are way too many hormones in meat and dairy – these hormones may contribute to something or other in utero but I am very wary of a clear linkage.
