Are you looking for a list of employers that will hire someone on probation or parole or are you looking for general information on how people with a felony find employment?

What state are you in? New York has a program called the Work Opportunity Tax Credit that effectively pays companies to hire ex-felons and get them back into the work force.

An ex-felon, family friend was hired by a company after his release. He really appreciated that they gave him a chance. They did not know about this program. He investigated it and got them some money. They love him.
