Where can get a list of future and current space probes that are or will be active?

Like the news that Voyager probes leaving the solar system in 2012.

The was amazing wasn’t it? It’s 36 years old and moving at 38000 miles an hour, and your I-phone has hundreds (?) of times the computing power.
