What do you think of Miley Cyrus performance on the MTV video awards?

I thought it was awful. I was really disappointed because I like Miley Cyrus.
I think she has a lot of talent and I would really hate to see her detonate her career by turning into some freak, or losing all her marbles, like Amanda Bynes.

There’s a word that’s too offensive for us? Now there’s a topic worthy of discussion.

She is just trying to prove a point that shes grown up and trying to shed her “kid” image. These things tend to happen with child stars. She was just quoted saying “I was an adult when I was supposed to be a kid. So now I’m an adult and I’m acting like a kid.” I can handle her music, I like it, as long as I don’t watch her videos. I can’t understand the deal with the tongue and her licking stuff! lol..

It looked way too sexually suggestive to me.

@YARNLADY I think there was nothing at all suggestive about it. I think “descriptive” or “illustrative” is much more close to what that video was.

That was skin tight skin colored latex. Only the FCC considers that clothing

I thought it was disgusting, just like her. And I definitely disagree that she’s talented. Her live singing voice is horrendous.

I understand that she is trying to come out of the Disney childlike character, and she wants to show her sexiness…but not like that!!!
