It's Friday! Anybody have anything fun planned for the weekend?

I’m broke til payday on Tues. but, had fun yesterday at a local micro-brewery and may see a movie. That’s about all my budget can afford til next week. haha No-thing exciting here I’m afraid.

College, Pro, and Squirrel football and all the fresh jalepeno/hot hungarian/habenero poppers I can grill. Gotta get ‘em outta the garden before it frosts. Some fresh garden chili is also on tap for tomorrow and, if you twist my arm, I’ll probably have a beer or thirty.

@Coloma and @Blondesjon. Jealous! I would love to go see a movie or kick back and watch football. It’s inventory weekend at work. WooHoo!!

I’m going to clean some mold in my basement and clear out some hornets in my roof. I’m also going to bathe 3 cats.

I’ve only bathed a cat once. Giving a big baby Rottweiler a bath is a trip though! I had to be in the tub with her!

I’ll be walking to a bar near my house, where there will hopefully be some talent. But I’ll settle for a married chic.

@Blondesjon dry some of those peppers for pizza, chili and soup over the winter.

@WestRiverrat . . I know, right? I actually dry and grind them in to a violent blend that makes the entire household sneeze uncontrollably whenever the mason jar it’s housed in is opened.

I get to dress up for a party with lots of music and good company. I’m helping with the set up. Should be fun, but it may be boring. We’ll see.

This weekend not so much. Planning on going to zumba, see the movie Rush if it is out (I don’t now the date it starts playing) maybe go to the beach. Oh, and my husband might go to look at a Kart for sale, and if it is in good shape it will be a great deal, save us a good $5k! I hope that works out.

Now, next weekend, that is going to be super fun. We are going racing in Daytona and will see friends from Memphis who we miss very much, and some of our family will be there too! Can’t wait.

Hoping for a lazy weekend filled with food, football and movies. I’m also looking forward to the new season of SNL and the Breaking Bad finale. Walt better not end up being a lumberjack or I’ll be upset.

Starting a watercolor class tomorrow, mini-high school reunion on Sat. night, working on the house with a friend on Saunday and running a book swap on Sunday night.

No, just a healthy liver

The kids went to the fish hatchery on the American River with their parents today. Tomorrow, we are taking them to Six Flags Discovery Park to buy season tickets and have the first of several fun days at the amusement park.

Sunday will be a rest day for some of us, but Hubby will probably have to work on his special project that is nearing completion.

My weekend with the kids. The twins just learned about the revolutionary war in school, so I am taking them over to the abandoned forts in the area from that era they just read about in school to let them crawl through the tunnels.

I just got home from seeing George Clinton and the P-funk All Stars, tomorrow I man (so to speak) a booth at NC Pride, and Sunday I’ll head to the Southern Ideal Home Show

Doin a bit of drinking and watched some shitty movie, I spit on Your Grave 2. Well goddamn it, if I wanted to see a girl get raped, there’s probably some porn I could have checked out that dealt with that. At least they could have made the deaths cool, and did they really have to follow the whole Hostel thing and make all Eastern Europeans look like assholes?
Well, it does work perfectly as a horror movie, so it’s not that bad. I mean it’s cool to laugh at, and Jemma Dallender is really awesome as the protagonist. All this crap happens to her but man, when she decides to fuck those guys up, her war cry is to be admired. Never heard of her before, but she’s a cool actress. Dumbass exploitation movie, but there are worse ways to spend one’s Friday nights. And anyways, as you might know, I like horror. I’m not picky. Even if it’s bad, I always enjoy it, some way or another. Happy Friday to all! :)

I’m working today. Got a bottle of wine waiting for me at home. Tomorrow I will exercise. Got next week off as well, so using that to get me through today.

Gay pride festival today with my husband and my three favorite lesbians. And then being dragged to the strip club with all of them and one other couple tonight. My first time at a place like that.
