Are there any messed up towns or cities that are known for something out of the ordinary? Like maybe a town that has an 80’s theme where everyone dresses and acts like in that time period, or a city that has like, 100 libraries, or perhaps a town that has a boot camp which teaches people how to be ninjas. Anything weird like that. Do such towns or cities exist? Have you ever been to some messed up place that seems out of this world? Or heard of one?

Sabretooth is from X-men is from Edmonton Alberta, and one of my friends is named Logan. Also I got in a lot of fights and I am 6’5”...maybe the Stan Lee’s characters are biased in real life.
Portmeirion which is the village where The Prisoner was made. It really is like that.
Portland, Oregon is like that.
The town in Spaiin where they filmed the Smurf movie voted to keep itself blue.
“The small city of Juzcar in southern Spain was painted blue as a film location for The Smurfs movie. Sony Pictures offered to repaint all the homes but the residents voted yesterday to stay blue.”

Williamsburg, VA has a living history exhibit, where people dress and act like those living in the America colonies.
Although we are loath to admit it, Milwaukee is pretty much just like it was on Happy Days. We even have a statue of the Fonz.
Cassadaga, FL (about 40 min NE of Orlando) calls itself the ‘Spiritualism Capital of the World’, with séances and fortune-telling offered just about everywhere you look.
A lot of Central Florida tourists will take a day off from Disney and go there to find out what the spirits have to say. Most people just consider it fun, but as you might guess, a lot of visitors leave there sincerely convinced that they just had a meeting with the late Uncle Walter….
Frankenmuth, MI is known for Christmas all year long. The town is very German/Bavarian.
Holland, MI has a Tulip festival during the height of the Tulip season.
Williamsburg, VA is pretty dramatic with everyone not only dressed in period clothing, but they are only supposed to answer questions with then knowledge people would have during the time they represent in history. If you mentioned a cell phone they would act as though they have no idea what you are talking about.
Vegas is just bazarro land, but if you like to gamble and be out all night that is the place. Mega casinos one after another, many of which look like cities like Paris, Venice, and NY.
@JLeslie I allow myself to gamble only $1 in Vegas, but I love to visit. There’s a lot to see and do besides gamble. And it certainly is a one of a kind place in the world. Make-believe come alive.
I recently went to Austin and found that to be weird and fascinating. I bought a book on all the ghost legends that (apparently) dwell there and it’s got me hooked. I would like to spend longer there and go on a ghost walk. Everyone we encountered there seemed to be on another planet and the shops were wonderfully quirky.
About 50 miles from where I live is a town called HELL. I would love to tell you that everyone there had pitchforks, worshipped the Devil and were on fire…...but sadly enough, the town only has a bar and a party store, and is lame as fuck. Least u can buy some HELL shit there. :)
Haha, Norway also has a small village called Hell.
To Hell with Norway. HAW HAW. ;)
I just know the name of a place in Canada….Newfoundland specifically.
Totally NSFW.
TO DILDO WE GO!!
Let’s meet there, it’s always been a fantasy of mine to run around barefoot the jellies and I frolicking around in the hills with Dildo. ;)

After let us visit one of the other noted places LMFAO. Who wants to go to Fucking, Austria? Or Anus, France; Nob End, England; Effin, Ireland; Twatt, Scotland; Intercourse, Pennsylvania; Bald Knob, West Virginia; and Wankum, Germany.
What about the famous city sited on a group of 118 small islands? Kinda weird, isn’t it?
