What do you think of girls with unnatural hair colors?
Like pink, purple, green, blue, turquoise… Is it gross, or is it interesting?

I usually think they’re just having fun with their hair, and why shouldn’t they? There’s a long, long history behind that, across many cultures. I don’t see any harm in it.
Sometimes (depending on other things about the person’s appearance), it seems like more of an expression of attitude. If the attitude is really negative, belligerent, and confrontational, I take it as a warning and avoid interaction with them.
I think it’s fun! As long as it looks nice with your skin tone, have at it.
If I didn’t work for a bank, I would have purple streaks in my hair. And I don’t mean that reddish-purple that might pass for a hair color, I mean purple.
If I were younger, I would totally have purple hair.
The hell with being younger or even female. I’ve totally thought about going with a fluorescent purple / hot pink myself.
I think they’re having fun playing with their hair and trying to be different. Wash in stuff is fine. I wouldn’t want to wait for colors to grow out if you use a lasting dye. I’d prefer to experiment with wigs and hair pieces.
I wouldn’t like the hair solid pink , purple or whatever but I do like it when it’s done partly. Hard to explain but if I were a teenager and the school allowed it I would love to have half of each strand some wild color. Then I’d eventually get tired of it and have it cut off. No harm done.
I personally love it. I also like tattoos and piercings. sexy
If it’s well done and well cared for, I like it – it’s fun. But not everyone puts that much work into it.
You would think that Nicky Minaj’s hair would be perfect. What is up with that awful color job??
I would not mind the colour too much, if the hair itself did not look like straw.
Or a cheap feather duster.
I like it sometimes, when done nicely. I love the black tips, and I also love the streaks or pieces of color in a normal head of hair, hot pink and purple on the front sides are nice.
What makes it look bad is when it’s bleach blond frizzy hair with some kind of color pieces, it just looks homemade and unattractive to me.
I’m not sure guys look that hot with them, I tend to think one color looks better unless you’re a rockstar or super attractive.
*I also dig Kelly Osborne’s lavender hair, on her.
My niece had blue hair over green which lent it kind of a turquoise look. I liked it. She looked very elfin.
My very blond son did his hair blue once. I helped him color it. It was kind of a kick to watch the shades of green evolve as it grew out.
Another time he dyed it black. His natural hair was so light that you almost couldn’t see the roots. Instead, as it grew out it looked as if his scalp were bald and his hair actually started a half inch or so from his head, like a black halo. Weird.
From my own youth in the sixties, my rule is, “It’s your hair. You can do anything you want with it.” Using your hair to annoy your elders just makes me smile.
Not a god damn fucking thing, oops, just lapsed into Dirty Harry for no good reason.
Just expressing themselves via the medium of artistic hair colouring type thingy.
Pink is weird. So is orange. I like teal.
Oh, I just realized that the question was not about hair color, but about girls.
I like girls, period.
I think they’re having fun expressing themselves in a harmless way. Why would it be “gross?” Hell, I’m 34 with kids of my own, and I love doing fun things with my hair. I had it dyed purple recently. I also helped my 12 year old dye hers a bright magenta earlier this year.
The only time I don’t like it is when the hair looks damaged and unhealthy.
