Does anyone have any connections with private lenders for the music industry?

Somehow along my path I have been chosen to be the “ask D, she knows”. This history has now led me to the music and enternainment industry. For the past 2 years I have met the most amazing and talented artists!
What am I asking for? Well…
1. A grammy winner and famous artist friend does not want to go back with Virgin Records. He wants to launch his new album with a private investor and pay a wonderful profit.
2. I am opening up an artists studio in LA, have business plan, and not much start up is needed- i already have a TV show and plenty of people that will be a part.
