Well; do you like it? I’ve never tried it.

It used to be my standard bread. It tastes good to me. But a lot of people don’t like it.
Just try it. You can use it for bread crumbs if it is terrible.
I’ve never tried it either but I looked it up and it doesn’t look very good.
It’s just sprouted grain bread. It has a lot more nutrition than regular bread. I’m gluten free, but I’ve made chili with sprouted beans, and they tasted fine. (They also don’t produce as much gas once sprouted.)
How does it differ from any other 7-grain bread?
It’s gritty. I’m not a fan.
There are a bunch of people that think sprouted grain bread is extra healthy, but the science doesn’t really hold up. It’s pretty much the same as any whole grain bread. The benefits you hear are usually comparing to white bread, which we all know is a simple carb.
Sprouting results in a slightly higher protein content. That’s about it.

I looked for it once at my grocery store and couldn’t find it. Is it really dry?
They keep it in the freezer section. It’s not dry, just rough.
Ezekiel bread contains absolutely no flour and is made from organic, sprouted whole grains. It has low carbs, high protein and no sugar. It does not taste good unless toasted and loaded with real butter. It’s also not soft as the Whole wheat bread. I just bought it once .If you don’t like whole wheat bread then you are not going to like this one too.
On a side note, an alternative to butter is coconut butter. I hated coconut until I tried this stuff. It’s awesome melted on toast and I suspect it would make anything taste amazing. I sneak it into all sorts of stuff.
@Smitha So it’s not good raw? I was planning on using it for sandwiches, like coldcuts and cheese.
@dxs :In my experience so far, this bread tastes the best toasted.
