Incubus is the male equivalent of a succubus, which stands to reason there are two demons for each sex, although in many sources, a succubus isn’t particularly picky, and will often go after women, as well. (same for the incubus)

You might be interested in the story Carmilla. She’s a vampire and not a succubus, but she goes after a human women in her sleep, and I dare say, that one story has painted the modern succubus as we know them today.
