Funny, I listen to a lot of Gospel bluegrass. Totally not who I am, but I love to play it.
Bohemian Rhapsody is my “singing in the car with my sister” song. My favorite song is A Day in the Life – The Beatles. I usually stop listening to music after it comes up on shuffle, because I feel like the other songs can’t compare. (That’s only temporary, of course). After that, it’s more bands and genres than songs. I listen to indie, hip-hop/rap, and late 60s/70s classic rock.
Secrets by The Wooden Birds. I don’t know much about music or how it’s put together, but the tune and the pacing fit in with my mental landscape. It’s simple but evocative, one of my favorite songs these days.
The Bleeding ~ Five Finger Death Punch
Wake Me Up ~ Avicii
I see the world as infinitely complex yet simply beautiful. Chopin’s music is like that to me. Example: Tristesse
@Lulaa thank you for posting that. I have never heard that song before. I really like it.
On the back of Skinny Puppy’s 1987 album Mind, the Perpetual Intercourse it reads:
“For those that make up their own minds”
I don’t understand what’s happened to society since then.
You can pretty much take any track off the first five Suicidal Tendencies albums.
@syz
Thank you for that.
But don’t you hate when you link to a video with an advert?
The song you chose was worth it though.
My real answer to the question is Storm
Passionate Kisses by Mary Chapin Carpenter. I don’t need a lot, but there are a few things I’d prefer not to live without.
This song The original is by Slipknot but Richard Cheese version is much more hilarious.
I think Ben Harper and all his songs, I find him so influencing
