What has your daily green juicing done for you ?

I have put veggies and fruits in my Vitamix but have never owned a juicer. I know they’re a pain to clean. If you own a juicer and use it daily what has drinking juice done for you?

Smoothies make me gag, so drinking juice has allowed me to consume vegetables and fruit in liquid form without gagging.

It really is a pain to clean. I think that’s why we go through spurts of using it and then long, long spurts of not using it.
