Hope so.

The magnitude of his depravity certainly would demand he seek office higher than mayor.

In the US he would certainly be HOR material, maybe even the Senate.

He doesn’t have the sense to know that that is what’s expected or required. So no, he won’t resign. If Toronto wants him out, they’re going to have to carry him out bodily.
