Is snowshoeing a good cardio workout ?
Would it be wiser to snowshoe , ski, run, or to ice skate for cardio? I know that sledding counts as a cardio workout, and so does shoveling. I’m thinking that snowshoeing reminds me of hiking through the snow, and because of the resistance of the snow, it would be a good cardio workout. Can one run in snowshoes?
