I bought refrigerated crab meat today at the bargain price of $5 a pound!
I’d like to scallop some, as I’m very fond of scalloped oysters. Creamy, cheesy scalloped crab!
There are, of course, a billion and 23 recipes on-line, but I thought someone might have one that works, but isn’t fancy?

Hang on, I’ll go ask the Mrs. ................

OK, she says figure it out yourself like she had to.
I would have really helped you if I knew some. Basically we cook Crab using Indian spices, but this would be a bit spicy for you. But I have tried this one for my daughter and she liked it.
Oysters on the brain, aye?
This is an old question, @Dutchess_III. I have 11 pounds of crab meat in the fridge. I have until 9–14 to eat if, but best get started. :)
Well, crap! You haven’t gotten me anything for Christmas yet, have you? I know you haven’t because you don’t start shopping until Christmas Eve. Just send 6 pounds of crap meat to Kansas and we’ll call it good.
It was on sale for $5 a pound, can you believe it?
