A1. I could eat that shit on ice cream.
horseradish. I’m not saying I eat it on everything, but I do go out of my way to order specific things just to get at it.
I don’t think I would ever eat shrimp if it wasn’t in cocktail sauce.

Salt.
Just try foods that have zero salt in them. You’ll quickly realize why it was worth it’s weight in gold.
Vinegar, makes fries taste like candy to me.
Salsa is supposed to be a condiment, isn’t it? That’s not bad. Also, for some reason, black pepper on almost everything.
I like Stonewall Kitchen’s Red Pepper Jelly. It’s great on pork, baked brie, turkey saniwches…

Guacamole. Goes well on almost anything. Awesome (Don’t watch gailcalled. I used the “a“word.) as a salad dressing! Followed closely by salsa (medium heat) and a dollop of sour cream.
Maui sweet onion mustard, which I bug everyone I know to bring me back from Hawaii.
Sambal Olek or Hot English Mustard.

@Marina Sambal Olek (also spelt oelek) is minced pickled chilli of Indonesian Dutch origin.

Yes, it’s hot but not extreme. It varies by brand and the good ones have a delicious chilli taste without overpowering heat so you can use lots.
cardamom. really good in coffee.
definitely malt vinegar. and honeycup mustard (little sweet, little hot=perfection)
orange marmalade is excellent on turkey sandwiches.
my new favorite salad dressing: walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p.
Major Grey’s Mango Chutney with Beef Curry. Horseradish. (husband hates all 3 so it doesn’t work out very well)
