I’m watching Neil Patrick Harris on Superpassword and I’m remembering how great he was in Harold and Kumar!
What are your favorite movie cameos?
Also have to mention Matt Damon in Eurotrip!

Christopher Walkin in anything. The general reaction from people is usually along the lines of “Oh shit its Christopher Walkin, sweet!”
Bob Saget, in Half Baked.
Alfred HItchcock in all of the movies he directed.
Tarantino in Desperado, awesome….
I remember watching for Hitchcock! It was half the fun.
@uberbatman, Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper in True Romance. It was such a controversial scene but they both nailed it. Awesome scene, awesome actors.
I agree with uber. Walken is a
huge ass kicker! He’s a fav of mine.
every cameo in dogma [my favorite movie]
The Three Stooges in It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Very poignant. Seeing Joe made me miss Curly all the more.
It’s not a movie, but my favorite cameos (and spot the famous people in cameos) recently came from this Jimmy Kimmel oeuvre. Warning! It contains graphic language.
George Harrison in Monty Python’s Life of Brian. If you blink you’ll miss him. He actually waves to the camera.
bob barker beating up Adam sandler in happy gilmore.
George Carlin in Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob.
I love the fact that Father George Carlin blessed his golf club.
My first boss, Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who was the technical adviser for “Close Encounters” had a bit part. He was neither awesome nor kick-ass – just a bearded astronomer.
Alec Baldwin in Glengary Glen Ross
Ned Beatty in “Network.” And to think it was 1976. Watched it again a minute ago on YouTube and sounds like it could be happening today. “You have meddled with the primal forces of nature, Mr. Beale, and you will atone.”
Michael Jackson in men in black
Samuel L Jackson in Kill Bill.
Samuel L. Jackson in Ironman.
Samuel L. Jackson in Out Of Sight.
@syz ive always loved this video lol. That man can dance. He can also cook.
@trudacia and Astrochuck Samuel L Jackson is another one like Christopher Walken who just seems to pop up everywhere, hes pretty awesome, but no one is as cool as Walken.
Will Ferrell in Wedding Crashers
@uberbatman, speaking of Stan Lee, didn’t he do a cameo in Mallrats too?
@trudacia Yup
Edit: Heres some more of his cameos
Bill Murray at the beginning of The Darjeeling Limited… Wes Andersen tricks the audience into thinking we’re in for another Bill flick, but at the last minute he misses the train and the movie goes on without him. Awesome.
Quentin Tarantino in Pulp Fiction
Matbe it’s just me but I hate when Quentin Tarantino makes appearances in his films. He makes such good movies and then goes and nearly spoils it all by popping up in some scene.
Jimmy duranty in It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad Worl. I don’t want to spoil his part for anyone
And he “literally” kicked the bucket. Funny stuff. Now, off to find the Big W.
Well, there you go! A classic!
Jackie Chan in either Ong Bak or The Protector cant remember which one he was in but i think the Protector
Don Knotts, Pleasantville
Mike Judge in Office Space.
Bruce Springsteen in High Fidelity
Hands Down people… Charles Bukowski in Barfly!
