Is there a way to fix Virgin America on my computer?

When I am looking at the Virgin America site and trying to make a reservation, it doesn’t work. I can’t make a reservation. When this first happened, I called them and thought it was their site, but it seems to be just my computer. Anyone know how I can fix this?
