What gift would you give?

One gift, one recipient. That is the only rule, and no trying to alter it. If you could give any gift, any size, common or rare to any one person, but only one person, what would it be? Who would you choose to receive this gift? No fair trying to cheat by naming the head of a charity, that would be bending the one recipient rule. All gifts for me must be highly valuable.
