How long will a sandwich platter stay fresh?

I’m in charge of bringing the sandwich platter to the Christmas gathering at my mother-in-law’s house. I ordered the Cubanitos platter from Publix, with ham, roast pork, and Swiss cheese only (no mayo, mustard, or veggies). The only issue is that I have to pick it up at 6PM on Christmas Eve because they are closed on Christmas. Christmas dinner will be around 5PM.

Do you think the sandwiches will still be fresh nearly 24 hours later? I’ll refrigerate it, of course, but I don’t want the bred to be either soggy or hard. I don’t want to waste $35.

I could get a sandwich platter from Wal-Mart and pick it up in Christmas Day, but I know the Publix sandwiches are way better. Call me a snob, but I don’t want to get it from Wal-Mart unless I absolutely have to. I also don’t really want to get the meat and cheese platter and provide bread separately. Those platters are more expensive.
