Doesn’t exist. We all have different tastes. The “most beautiful” to YOU may be completely unattractive to me.
More importantly, beauty includes personality and intelligence, and you don’t see that on the pages of a magazine.

The women that I consider to be the most attractive are not the stereotypical Hollywood or Victoria’s Secret beauties. My personal favourites are Julie Graham, Patti Russo and, most recently, Nigella Lawson In general, I find women with a more mature beauty to be more attractive hence why most of my lady crushes are 40 years old plus.

Of course this is completely subjective, which is why the OP asked who we think is the most beautiful. I’m not sure how important it was to point that out.
I love the more “real” celebrities like Reese Witherspoon and Rachel McAdams. I also think Mandy Moore is very pretty. Most beautiful? My vote would be for Jennifer Aniston. She always looks gorgeous. All of these ladies seem very laid back in interviews, which contributes to their looks. I’m not a fan of your typical beauties like Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox – too fake.
Olivia Wilde is also gorgeous.
Penelope Cruz. I have been enthralled with her since “Woman on Top” in 2000.
I have a soft spot in my heart for Pacific Asian women, but I find so many of them exotically beautiful that it’s hard for me settle on just one.
One candidate would be Li Gong.
None of them. They are unrealistic spending hours on hair makeup and maintaining their bodies.
Everyone has their own tastes, and own attractions, so there is no definitive answer, of course, except Natalie Portman.

I’m bored and uninterested in the typical “hot girl” I really like Kristen Schaal, dorky girls rock. I’d totally hit Sarah Silverman also. Aside from that pretty much any redheaded female like Amy Adams, Isla Fisher or Lily Cole. My wife looks just like Brittany Murphy. This is really like asking “what kind of wine is your favorite”

My personal preferences in beautiful women seem to change frequently. I am more into red-heads and brunettes these days. Recently, I discovered that Rachel Hurd-Wood transformed into a very gorgeous woman. She also looks awesome with red hair.
