What happened to the Ultimate Warrior from WWF (World Westling Federation)?
After he lost his match against Macho Man Randy Savage in a retirement match, he disappeared. What happened to him and what was his real name?

After his contract was up he probably went to his beach house in Malibu.
His real name was Brian James Hellwig. Warrior appears in the Mattel Legends figures line in both Series 4 and Series 6. Most recently he was one of a number of figures in the WWE Superstars line of Mattel action figures in an assortment called “World Champions”. He has also signed a deal to be an unlockable character in the new WWE 2K14 video game.
Well, he retired! He went where most retired pro-wrestlers go: home.
I believe he has a YouTube channel dedicated to motivational speaking.
It’s funny, because I’d never heard of this guy until you mentioned him in the other thread (even though I’ve watched wrestling on and off for years), but last night on Raw they were talking about him. What a coincidence!
Jim Helwig legally changed his name to Warrior (I kid you not) and is pretty much just as batshit in RL as he was in character (only slightly, and very slightly, more coherent). He now makes his living as a “motivational” speaker (dispensing profound wisdom like “queering don’t make the world work”) and selling Ultimate Warrior themed comic books, doodles, and subscriptions to his website (god knows what you get for your money there, other than even more of his disjointed rantings).
You guys ever see that wife swap episode with rowdy roddy piper and rick flare? It’s great!
Said he died in 2014 from a heart attack.
Indeed he did. Gee, who could have guessed that shit tons of cocaine and anabolics could be bad for your heart?
