Like duh… Fluther.com naturally.
They’re totes the best. Like really.
My fave site for a while was a site called Sucks or Rules. Screenshot. It was a battle site where you could battle one thing against something else. Users could vote and comment. It was a small community of users kinda like Fluther. When Gamepro media was bought out by PC World, they took the site offline. I still miss it. If it was still around, it would get my vote for the coolest site on the net.
@DWW25921 It was awesome. Users could create their own battles from pics already on the site or you could upload your own pics to create battles. Creating battles was pretty fun.
Other battle sites exist too, but not like Sucks or Rules. You can’t make your own battles, you can only vote, which takes away all the fun.

Apart from this, I have some recommendation too:
Cracked.com. Full of suprising stuffs, always has me “I should have seen it coming” (don’t know about their accuracy though).
Newgrounds.com. Playgrounds of games, funny flash videos and other craps.

Oddly, I really enjoy 4Chan’s more tame boards, like the food and cooking board.
