How do I cope with pizza delivery anxiety? Or waiting in general?

Whenever I order food I get anxious and I wait at the door and my life stops for a hour, while I worry if the pizza guy can find my apartment block. I give them my phone number and some times they don’t use it and they try to sneak into the apartment building.
