Yoga in the morning or night?

Just wondering when do you actually like to practice yoga?

Whenever it suits. I now encorporate the yoga breathing with many of my post-op knee exercises and do it in late afternoon.
Many busy people do it at home first thing in the AM before they start their day.
Either is good. It’s a nice way to start the day, but also a good way to relax at the end of the day.
I love to start my day with yoga but I would probably sleep better if I also did a little yoga before going to bed.
I’m starting with basic yoga stretches and sessions on youtube. I have to say stretching the lower back can be a sore in the beginning!
I do most of my practice in the morning. I do a modified Sun Salutation every morning and do love a good yoga class in the evening once a week. I will meditate as needed at night before bed.
