Are the kooks even kookier than usual? New conspiracy theory: the snow this week in the South was not real - it was fake snow created by the government. Where do these ideas come from?

Let’s assume for a moment that creating fake government snow were even possible. What would the motivation be?

You have to love these conspiracy theory people – they are creative and inventive.

It is definitely possible to create “fake” snow. Look into cloud seeding. Ski resorts used to do it all the time. Most prefer to just blow snow at night anymore, because seeding is chemically induced.
That being said, bah, humbug. Send the government fake snow over here to California! I don’t know why they would give us drought instead. This affects my vote in 2016 for sure.

This isn’t a real conspiracy theory. You’ve been duped.

This conspiracy if a fabrication. The people in the videos are actors pretending to be conspiracy theorists who believe that the snow in the south isn’t real.

It’s being done to discredit the real conspiracy theorists who are savvy as to what is really going on in the world.

@Kropotkin “to discredit the real conspiracy theorists who are savvy as to what is really going on in the world.” Say what?!? Oh! Oh. That’s a joke. I see. I sure hope that’s a joke.

Well…I’m in parched Northern CA. and I wish someone would seed the clouds here. We have had about ¼ inch of rain in the last 8 weeks. Now what I do know to be fact is our local parks dept. is capitalizing on the drought and a local lake has upped their day use fees from $10 to $12 because so many people want to drive out on the lake bed that is at an all time low. Pffft…fucking bullshit exploitation. lol
I think there are some valid conspiracy theories but 99% are the ramblings of paranoid nutcases.

This has clearly come from the government. They want us to think all conspiracy theorists are crazy. That way we won’t believe the real conspiracies.
