[NSFW] Who in your opinion are worse, the suppliers or the consumers in sex trafficking?

[NSFW] Speaking with a friend he said he heard how during the Super Bowl at some Seattle hotel young women between 15yr – 17yr were being vended out for a price to those in town attending the game. Having a 15yr old provided for your boinking pleasure was doable for $15k, etc. A sting by the feds supposedly broke up the ring, and returned 15 minors home to their parents. So is worse in your opinion, those who would sell people for sex and their own personal profit, or those who would rent a person (so to speak), for a time for their own physical pleasure? In reality, under the law, who do you think the law will punish worse?
