Is Nancy Grace too insensitive?

This article describes her latest (for lack of a better word) mistake. In discussions over the Napa child who was killed and put in the freezer, she has added the hashtag #freezertot.
She is now catching hell for that, and has changed the hashtag.
Is she too insensitive towards others feelings?

I never liked her and like her even less now. She always seemed to talk before thinking about what it is she is saying and clearly is no different when she Tweets.
I agree with @Cruiser. She’s a ballbusting, insensitive, ratings ho.
I lost respect for her during the Casey Anthony trial.
I never got her obsession with tot. I assume she is paid by Ore-Ida for every use of the word.
I can’t stand her. She is too sure of herself if you know what I mean. She is harsh and passes judgement quickly.
@Judi lmao! Thanks for the chuckle..much needed!
Not sure, there is something about her that just pisses me off.
Consequently I have not spent much time watching her show, following her antics or thinking about her in general.
She remains employed because she acts like a self-important, ignorant boor. She is an entertainer not a news analyst. If people with integrity refused to watch her perform, her ratings would eventually drop and she would eventually have to find a way to earn an honest living.
I don’t know, but when she just gives you that look (her mean facial expression), I know I wouldn’t want to be on the wrong side of her at that moment. I don’t know who’s worse, Grace or Oprah.
@KNOWITALL I lose the most respect for her when she’s commenting on the Jodi Arias trial. She seems to enjoy morbidity and yet she claims to hate it. She claims that certain convicts or defendants “make her sick” and yet she seems to spend an awful lot of time talking about them. I don’t know what to make of her. I think she does it for publicity, either way, she annoys me.
