So what does the question mean? How is the airline bit related at all to what you are looking for?
My background – hostie – 21 years of flying around the world, now folding my wings and putting my feet on the ground. Opening a bar is my next venture
You say the name does not have to be airline reated, but in Memohis there is a restaurant called Flight, and if they don’t own the name you might put it on the list to consider.
Flight
Chin Chin
The Lounge
The Big Grape
Off The Vine
Vino

If it was me? I would name it Port Jones. Cute little name with a couple meanings.
I would prefer something Air related – it’s my legacy Cheers
Port Jones??? Please explain your thinking behind the name
