“Haute pression” means high pressure. It’s not a profession, although some professions could be said to be “high pressure jobs”.
Are you asking which professions come with high pressure? I’m not sure exactly what your question is.
There is a typo there in my detail, I meant High not Hight by the way.
It is from an ad for a vocational school where it lists what they teach there, including that one.
I was told about it.
It’s the trade of welding high pressure pipe and vessel systems.
