Fluther is a very clean website, and I feel that the colour scheme plays a big part in Fluther’s identity. What if you substituted the black in the video for the dark blue on Fluther? It might make the video pop a little bit more. But what do I know right? Just a suggestion.

Perhaps this will make me sound like an art-elitist bitch-girl… but I think that what is currently there is WAY too chaotic. I am a mac girl, and a fluther girl for a reason. I don’t use myspace for a reason. I don’t like all the extra stuff. I like things to be clean, simple, and have little details that make me smile (the fish in the bottom right hand corner, for example.)

My favorite thing is the very vectored layer look to fluther. (I like a vector look with patterns, though, like cutouts. Anyone who saw my wallpaper understands what I mean, I think.)
Smooth, simple, and without getting absurdly in to the whole effects thing.
(I can say all this, but I don’t actually animate things myself. I never learned how to do video.)
