I’d love to hear some good stories! So please do go and ask your significant other what their favorite decade with you was!
Or single folks, who was your favorite person in life and what decade were they mainly in your life?

For us both, the 80’s. We met then and married and had our two children. It was the ending of the disco era and we loved to go clubbing and dancing together. We were broke but we didn’t need much, except for the essentials. We were both in our 20’s and full of life and energy and our future looked bright so long as we had each other, our health and our children. There were ups and downs, like my daughter getting hospitalized twice for asthma but we were solid and tight and were able to get through the tough times together. It just always seemed to make our union stronger.
Everything is still good, but the kids are grown and gone, and our health isn’t what it was when we were in our 20’s nor do we have that crazy energy. God I miss that energy! :(
Everybody around me has the same answer: the present.
She didn’t have a preference. But I’d go with the present as well. Life is what we make of it.
She said the first two were great and all but this one is the best because the kids are grown up enough to no longer be a constant chore and we are again able to do things as a couple like we did before we had kids!
The best decade has been this last one, after divorcing him. lol
According to hubby, it was when we started dating in 1988. High school glory days, young, thin, great hair (80s hair, eek!), mini-skirts and perky tits.
Too late to ask my Ex but my guess is it wouldn’t be the last decade! :-P
I have had so many wonderful people in my life and do at the current moment as well so it is hard to pick just one. But I do have a best friend right now that is a wonderful addition to my life and whom I have know for a little over two years.
