Have you heard they are thinking of making another three Matrix movies?

Didn’t care for the first one, never watched beyond that, of no concern to me ether way.

Didn’t neo die in the last movie?... I would like to see a crossover having skynet being the matrix.

He has detractors, but I like Keanu Reeves. I enjoyed The Matrix movies, and I will go see more.

He did die, effectively he was sacrificed, a symbolic Christ of the Matrix. They plan to bring him back somehow.

There was doubt at the end as to whether Neo was in fact human as well. He may have just been a program of the Matrix itself, like the entirety of Zion… Its trully impossible to know.

Never got into those much, although the action scenes were cool. Becoming a Kung Fu master in two minutes, that has to be convenient.

First Matrix was great and then 2 and 3 were just utter shit IMO. They looked pretty, sure, but that’s about it. Not looking forward to more of these movies.

I think they should just re-make numbers 1 and 2 and leave it at that. And by re-make I mean make them, at least, good.

I liked the first Matrix movie but I could barely sit through the two sequels. We need more Matrix movies like we need more Star Wars movies. Not.

I will say that The Matrix anime or The Animatrix was pretty good though.

@Symbeline yea, it’s a shame the other 2 movies couldn’t live up to the potential of that and the first movie. I do find the universe interesting it’s just ⅔ were so horrible that I lost a lot of faith in it.

An article I read on the new movies said that they should take guidance from the Animatrix series for plots, that the actual films became too pseudo religious….
