Based on the trial so far, do you believe that Oscar Pistorius is guilty as charged?

I get the feeling he’s nailed to the wall guilty, the entire case for the defence seems pretty desperate, focusing only on mere technicalities.
I’m making a rare visit to the general section in the hope that answers are kept reasonably civil & on topic.
