Welcome to Fluther.
It’s not possible to give a definitive answer, but the average human stops growing in height when they are a teenager during adolescence. I doubt you will gain any more height.
You are probably done growing vertically. On the bright-side the shoes you currently own will last until you wear them out.
Some males do grow a little after High School, and I recall going to my 10-year reunion and being amazed that several of the guys were much taller. My fiancé also grew after High School His driver’s license still ha d his 17-year-old height on it, and he’s at least 6” taller now.
When I did some research when my son was a teen and playing basketball, I did find some information that men can still grow until about 25 years of age. His dad was 5’5” and I’m 5’6”, but my father and brothers were over 6’. He’s 5’7” and about to turn 23, and we don’t think he’ll grow much more.
Considering that you’ve already exceeded both your parents’ height, the odds are that you probably won’t grow much more. How long have you been at your current height?
Impossible for us to know if you will grow more. My husband seemed to grow a little at age 23. We don’t have an actual measure, but both his mom and I noticed separately that he was taller. He also became a little broader and grew a shoe size in his early 20’s.
Do you want to get taller? 5’10” is a very good height in my opinion.
I know plenty of guys who kept growing after high school and were late boomers. At 22, though, and a very decent high of 5, 10 you are probably finished. Your shoulders my continue to broaden. It also depends on other factors, fex, did you reach puberty late?
I’d say you’re done growing. Hey, you’re already taller than both of your parents. What more could you ask for?
I haven’t gained any height since I was about 16. My husband hasn’t gained any height since about 18. I’ve seen plenty of guys from high school in the past 6 years since graduation and none of them look like they’ve gotten taller.
I stopped growing in High School. So did my son. I hit 6’2, my son 5’8, and he has always been disappointed he isn’t taller, but it’s not that big a deal.
Most people have stopped gaining height by the time they are your age. You will lose some height when you are in your 70s and 80s in age.
Most people do not get taller after 22, but they often get wider.
Sorry, I could not resist the easy joke.
It’s rare but some people do get a second growth spurt in their early 20’s.

Yes, it’s possible because I didn’t actually stop growing until I was about 25 or 26 years old (I’m not joking). I knew what my height was when I was 18, it was around 5’7”. I grew very gradually from then out until my mid twenties. I knew that I had grown since the age of 18 because I’ve been measured at the doctors, and I’ve had others measure me too. It was odd being around some old friends again that I had ran into at a nightclub when I was about thirty, and being several inches taller then them, considering that when I had last seen them in my late teens they were a little taller than me.
I had shot from 5’7” to 5’10” from the age of 18 to the age of about 25 or 26. What happened to me must be rare I’m assuming, so it’s unlikely this would happen for you, but it is possible.
When my parents got married my dad was 19 & 6’1, by the time they got divorced he was 34 & 6’5…..it’s entirely possible for you to continue growing and it doesn’t always matter how tall your parents are, both of my dads parents are under 5’8.
Ironically, there’s a new user asking something similar today – “is 5 foot 10 a good height for a guy?”
