This isn’t really intended to be a ‘flight of fancy’ question as much as a question about a great idea that you’ve had that you don’t have the wherewithal to carry out.
This morning I took a dump and thought “Wouldn’t it be great if the exhaust was on the toilet rather than in the ceiling?”
I also have a great idea for compacting the paper towel waste in public restrooms.
