When you play Hearts, do you slam the Queen of Spades down with a slap when playing it off on one of your opponents?

No, not at all.

I usually try and throw it low key, like any other card, just to see if they notice it. Sort of like a subtle way of saying “up yours”

If the person isn’t playing close attention, or is just chattering with someone else, they might notice it until the end of the game when you count your points. That’s even better – then they are totally surprised.

Yes, always, every single time. There is something incredibly fulfilling in playing off the queen.

Not if the opponent has received every heart that was played and I have none left.

I slide it slowly onto the table face down, then snap it face up.
