What should I do with all my CDs?

I have several hundred music CDs that I’d like digital access to, no matter where I am. I’d prefer not to spend a year uploading them. Would a cloud fulfill the storage purpose? I there a service that does this on the cheap? Right now they’re just sitting in binders being neglected. It’s sad.
