I feel like this has been asked recently. Someone flag it, please, if that’s true.

2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bird, and a whole lot of plants.
Four humans one cat and two plants.
Three humans (including myself) and a medium-sized canine companion.
One cat and some plants, including a few orchids.
Besides myself, I feed, pet, play and sleep with, clean up after and love on my cat Sy.
Other than me… two humans and a small dog.
Two humans, at least four hummingbirds, lots of plant, including some amazing lilacs this year, and some wildlife.
One dog and several needy co-workers. And myself.
Directly, 15, indirectly 71
I think the question that suits me better is “How many living things take care of you” :p
A child, four cats, two aquatic frogs, two red eared slider turtles and two fish (one a goldfish, one a Siamese fighting fish aka Betta fish). A few plants at home and at work.
One dog, one cat, one human, absolutely no plants.
Myself, and I rely on the help of others more and more as I become more challenged by my own body. My child is an adult and my fiancé is also very capable – they’d miss me on an emotional level, but otherwise they’ll be fine when I’m gone. I do the primary care of the kitties and the plants, though. I try to take good care of my micro biome or whatever they call our gut bacteria and such.
A dog
A buro
A mare
5 sheep
7 goats
14 chickens
3 cats
32 animals in all.
You may change your mind when you find our how much shit I have to shovel every week.
Of course, but you still have to shovel it, then unshovel it in other places. I mean, I’m not complaining. This isn’t even work to me, but it doesn’t suit a lot of people. I have some guests right now and there is one guy, city boy born and bred, showed him how to milk a goat this morning and he must have washed his hands twenty times by the afternoon. And he’s not even OCD. Tits. Some guys just can’t handle ‘em.
BAH HAHAHA!
Sounds like heaven to me. When can the family and I move in? Do you already have tomatoes growing?
Tomatos I can get down at the fruit stand. I have about fifty fruit and pecan trees that need attention and I have a little spice garden out back of the kitchen that I just finished last month. It’s under some mango trees. There’s a little experimental patch of cane. I’m kept pretty busy with all that, so I trade goat cheese, fruit, eggs, etc., at the fruit stand for fresh vegetables and whatever else I need, except electronics and other manufactured goods.
I’d love to have you and your family down here, along with a few other people here. I know you could use the change and I know you’d enjoy the work and the place. Especially your boy. But it’s not mine, It’s just under my stewardship. Even the guest’s aren’t mine. They are good friends of the owners’. All very nice people, though.
Myself and Cyanide. A cat, not poison.
Myself, my girlfreind and my daughter. Not to mention all the microorganisms living on me and within me.
If my plants were children I don’t think anyone would let me keep them, but they’re alive.
My dog is flourishing.
I should get partial credit for my neighbor and her dog.
Lots of dogs on a daily basis, two who are actually my own, a bearded dragon, a tortoise, two guinea pigs, three fish, two newts and four frogs and four or five plants.
I try my best to take care of my man but he does a better job at taking care of me!
@Leanne1986 Then you got it good. Take care of him and love each other.
You all gave such straightforward answers.
My low estimate would be me, and one dog. My high estimate would be me, a child, three other humans, two dogs. No plants, except for some cacti and the occasional tulip.
@Crazydawg 0_0?
@Mimishu1995 Great question!
@Espiritus_Corvus Will you stop making me feel jealous?!
2 cats and myself right now.
Down from the cats, 2 geese and a 5 acre property as of 2013.
Before that a 7 acre property with 4 cats, a dog, a horse, a donkey, 20 chickens, 3 geese, 2 rabbits, a parrot, a cockatiel, 2 pet rats and a child and ex husband. The husband was, by far, the most tiresome chore. haha
