Netflix is acting weird. Why are my videos playing in a tiny box?

Hi All,

I’m a Mac OSX 10.8.5 user and for the past two weeks I haven’t been able to use Netflix. Every time I try to watch a show, it shows up in a tiny bar at the top of the page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Silverlight app but to no avail. Any suggestions?
