It’s a house/dance music from around the year 2002/2003. It’a a male singer and his voice sounds like he’s an american native. And it isn’t ‘the white stripes’ song.
I’ll appreciate your help.

Welcome to Fluther.
Are you sure that it’s a song? It sounds like sex to me.
Is This it? The Oh Song by Wakey, Wakey, Wakey.
What is the pattern of the “ooh“ing? Is it just a constant ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh or are they sporadic? Do the oohs have pitch? Can you give me a rhythm or a melody using techniques of common music theory?
are you sure there’s a song like that? its sounds horny to me. :)
Thanks for all the answers but neither one is the song I’m looking for. It’s a long vocal melody. It’s starts with a constat 3s long ‘oh’ then a climbing vocal and then another long ‘oh’ followed by a downing vocal. It’s like ‘ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhh ohohohoh oooooooooooooooohhhhhhhh ohohohoh’.
Googling the term you gave above gave me this, but it’s rap, so probably not what you had in mind. (It has exactly the start that you specified, though.)
I want to thank you all. I finally found the song I wanted, it’s name is ‘Tropical Soundclash’ from DJ Gregory.
