What are some good URL shortining websites?

How is .co.uk a URL shortening service? And .tk isn’t very good for that purpose, you have to register and all that.

You can’t really get any better than http://TinyURL.com

http://wl.to/ is shorter though, and apparently they are going to start allowing people to set their own unique keyword for each address they make. Not sure how reliable they are though.
