I’m experiencing a runner’s high, does that count?

I had some Top Ramen and some pop… I’m happy.

I’m at 3500 ft. and very happy.

Not really. Bit flat really and not terribly motivated. No idea why. Glad to see others are flying high.

Yes. I had a great run this morning, a great drive to Sacramento, a nice lunch, a nice drive back by the Sacramento River, and a fun dinner with my daughter. I feel blessed today.
