I am looking at Good Morning America and I am looking at Gina Zee. I know that she is married and realistically I am not interested in going after her, but what if someone wanted to do something like that? They say that the mind can achieve anything, what if someones dream is to marry a celebrity, would that be a foolish dream?

Yes.
If it wasn’t, I’d be in LA stalking Gale Harold right about now. Who cares if he’s over double my age? Love can’t tell time!~
Well, it’s a dream unlikely to come true. If you’re spending a lot of time pursuing it, that time will probably be wasted. If all you’re doing is dreaming, that won’t do much harm.
As my dear old ma used to say to me, find yourself a nice down-to-earth girl… preferably closer to home. It’s so easy to idolize someone on TV, but I assure you, she’s just a human being with all the good and bad points that all humans have.
And let me add this. People who aspire to be stars and celebrities can be VERY difficult to live with. I know this by bitter experience.
Well, the way the question is worded, yes, it is a foolish dream. All we know of celebrities, as celebrities, is a crafted persona, not the actual person. It makes as much sense as me wanting to marry Daniel Craig’s version of James Bond.
Which, BTW, I would totally do, if I could!
Well, I did turn down George Clooney once.
I’ll bet dear @janbb doesn’t have a clue-ny.
@thelurker That was a tongue in cheek remark and unfortunately not his.
Maybe. The same odds as a snowball in hell or me hooking up with Selena Gomez.
I’ll take Clooney or Richard Gere, thank you.
