I keep getting "Forbidden Error" when messaging or trying to edit, how come?

I don’t know much about computers, but I found multiple websites when I searched for Forbidden 403. Among other “fixes”, you need to delete your browsing history and make sure your cookies are enabled. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/403error.htm

Because you are forbidden to do so. Accept it and move on or else contact the NSA for permission.
