Could anyone help me find relaxation/hypnosis scripts?

I have searched for a while on the Internet and cannot find any. There seems to be a lot for purchase. Does anyone know of a free scripts for hypnotic relaxation or just general relaxation?

You can write them yourself, but be very careful about your word usage. Take a look at Neural-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) for some clues of what to use and what to avoid.
e.g. Use affirmative statements that embody your goal rather than using negative statements to not do something or not have something – avoid bringing that ‘not’ image into your mind especially when in a suggestible state like self-hypnosis. Instead word things to bring the image of the goal into mind.
