Where are Palestinian refugees running to?

I’m wondering if there are certain cities that are allowing large crowds of Palestinians in?

From what I understand, the safer locations are in the central areas of Gaza. The Israel army is targeting areas along the Gaza border where they suspect tunnels have been built.
